If you’re packing school lunches this year, here’s something fun to tuck in alongside the sandwich and snacks. These printable lunchbox jokes are a simple way to add a little surprise to your kid’s day without adding anything extra to your morning routine. Just print, cut, and you’re set for weeks.

This set includes 80 different jokes, designed to be quick, clean, and actually funny for kids. Think silly puns, animal one-liners, and the kind of classic groaners kids love to repeat on the ride home.

A set of illustrated joke cards featuring playful images like a clock, lightning bolt, egg, tomato, milk, and animals, arranged on three sheets with colorful backgrounds and text-based jokes aimed at children.

You’ll get two versions in the download:

  • One with the answers written upside down (great for kids who like to guess)
  • One with the answers right under the question (no extra thinking required)

Both versions are laid out on US Letter paper, four jokes per row, five rows per page. You can print the whole stack at once or just a few pages at a time. Trim them into strips, pop one into a lunchbox, or even use them for party favors, notes from teachers, or little pick-me-ups around the house.

If you’ve got more than one kid, let them take turns reading them aloud or trading them with friends. Some families like to keep a bowl of them on the table so anyone can grab one with breakfast.

How to print at actual size

1. Open the Print dialog (Ctrl + P on Windows or ⌘ + P on Mac).
2. Under Page Sizing or Scale, select “Actual Size” or set Scale to 100 %.
3. Make sure “Fit to Page” or “Shrink to Fit” is turned off and Borderless printing is disabled.
4. Confirm the printer’s paper size matches your card (A5, US Letter, 5×7, etc.).
5. Click Print.

Four sheets of printable cards are shown, each featuring kid-friendly joke questions and answers with colorful illustrations of animals, food, and objects corresponding to each joke. The background is green and beige.
